Design and construction system has been developed in collaboration with Misses Emanuela Deker, construction engineer and professor at the Constructions Faculty in Iasi, Romania. It is fundamented on the North American system and adapted to the climate and seismic characteristics of the location where the construction is located. Construction principles ensure a high resistance level, prevention of cracks in the walls, creaking in the floors (more attention given to enforcement of the structure), important energy saving and a healthy living enviroment (panel covering).

Electric installation are mandatory realized from double metallic and fire-proof copex and also includes TV cabling and phone and alarming system (optional). Sanitary installations are generally made from thermo-welded polypropylene which ensure a very good exploatation in time.
